If you want to get the latest fitness and bodybuilding news and information ASAP, we have set up an array of RSS Feeds for you to subscribe to.
What are RSS Feeds
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) Feeds are a way of retrieving the latest articles from your favorite sites without filling up your Email or constantly checking websites. When you subscribe to an RSS Feed, your RSS Feed Reader allows you to see the title, summaries, and links to the articles you may want to see.
How to Subscribe and Read Chronic Fitness RSS Feeds
In order to subscribe to news feeds, you must get a feed reader. These are also sometimes called: aggregators, newsreaders, or feedreaders. For most of the feed readers you can either drag and drop the RSS Images into your feed reader or you can Right Click and copy the link location to the feed and past it into your feed reader.
Some feedreaders have their own icon which you simply must click on to subscribe to the feed, such as Yahoo, Google, and the other services below "Give Me the Feeds".
