What Is Better, High or Low Glycemic Index?

If i'm looking to lose weight, what should I be eating, High or Low Glycemic Index foods?

I would like to start really working with this to change up my diet and fill it with healthy foods. The glycemic index seems like a good place to start

It would be best to try and eat foods with a low glycemic index while you are are just starting and trying to lose as much as possible quickly
