Qualifications Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | "Low Fat" Products & Trickery hey I have been trying to provide helpful tips that I am learning as I read more about different dieting styles. Coming from The South Beach Diet, by Arthur Agatston, M.D. - I have learned that the oh so common "LOW FAT!" products that so many people who want to lose weight are obsessed with, can actually be not entirely true. In many products, the "low fat" part is replaced by more carbohydrates which can be just as fattening. However, the dairy products which promote low fat can be legit. When you think about it this makes sense, in dairy products, the fat is simply skimmed off and nothing else is there to replace it. (image fat free milk) hope that this helps someone!
