Insulin Resistance and Processed Carbohydrates

Tip:
In todays world, processed foods are all around us. during the processing of these foods, a lot of fiber is removed from these foods.

when eating these carbs (the processed ones), something called insulin resistance begins to set in in which your body's hormone - insulin - begins to be impaired and cant work with all the fats and sugars etc and make fuel.

try and not eat as many of these processed foods. most are found in baked items, snacks, and breads

hope this helps someone
