Qualifications I've Been to the Gym | Re: Healthy Frozen Foods In school we are having a fitness test we have to do push ups, sit ups, we have to hang onto this bar with our chin over the bar, and we have to run around our football field twice! I love doing sit-ups, but I can't do push ups and I can't hang onto the bar for a long time. I can run around the field but I want to run more faster last time I got 6 or 5 minutes but this time I want to get 4 minutes, so can you give me advice on how to get a better score on the test? |
