Qualifications Update your profile! No qualifications entered yet. | Lifting Until Failure I have been lifting for some time now and have been following your average basic lifting routines. I was wondering if I should be lifting until failure on my lifts? If so, which lifts should I lift until failure? Should I lift until failure on all three sets for an exercise or just the last one? peace |
