Qualifications Avid Bodybuilding Reader Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | What is HIT Training? SUP ALL Could anyone help me out with an explanation of HIT training? I have heard about it and it seems to be pretty popular. Do people get really good results from it or what? Who is HIT training aimed at? |

The fundamental idea behind it is to save time by doing a shorter, but more intense workout. I've never tried it, but I have heard some good things about it.
