Qualifications Update your profile! No qualifications entered yet. | Bench Press with Stabilizer Grips My gym has switched around the machines a ton since I last went there. With the switching, they got a lot of new machines which was a big plus. One of the machines is a regular bench press but on the bar it has two grips which slide along the bar so you have to keep them steady as you lift. It is a great workout for your stabilizers and made me drop the weight down a bit. Has anyone tried or seen one of these before? I would def. recommend trying it (might want a spotter though). |
