Qualifications Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Results from Bowflex Machine Has anyone ever bought one of the Bowflex machines before? If so, what sort of results did you get from it? Did you like it or no? What is the general cost for one peace |

Qualifications Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: Results from Bowflex Machine I have never owned one, however, one of my friends had some pretty good success with his. I think it was a good transition for him to go from being a "computer geek" to hitting the gym hard. He got a lot of use out of it in the beginning I'm pretty sure to build some confidence and put on some initial size. I would personally go with the gym option because of space requirements and the price of the bowflex is generally not cheap.
