Any particular exercises to sculpt your pecs better with? I have heard of a few around the gym but can't come to remember them to implement them in my workout. -bk |

Qualifications Avid Bodybuilding Reader Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: How to Sculpt Your Pecs you should always start off chest with a bench press. whether it be with dumbells, barbells, or the smith machine. to me a press motion is a press any way you look at it but if your just starting out i would recommend the smith machine just because it provides you with good form. then you can do an incline press with the bench 30-45 degrees. also for the pecs any fly motion is great to finish off a chest workout. for flies cables are great along with a pec deck machine and free weights. dips are also good for your lower chest area. there are many different exercises and variations that are great for chest you just have to put a routine together for yourself that fits in. i was always a believer in variation so your body doesnt get used to certain motions. so maybe one week do dumbells, the next do cables and so on and so forth. |
