New Bulking Work Out

My new bulking workout is really kickin my a**
and eating all this food has got the processing plant working overtime.
Day four was today.I was almost in tears by the last sets,lol.
Im still skinny as a rail but its getting there.Thanks again for yall's help!

Rome wasn't built in a day. Congrads on your effort thus far & see the course. Your body will be a continous work in progress as you will never be "there". No matter what level of success you achieve you will always want more. The key is to have a sense of grattitude for what you've already accomplished, and a drive for future goals. This attitude will keep you happy with your effort, and still hungry for more. It's about the journey!
