Qualifications Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Alternating Legs When Doing Lunges Does anyone see any advantage or disadvantage to alternating legs when doing lunges? Is there any bad or good effects when doing lunges with the same leg and switching at the end of the reps? I normally like to alternate each rep because I feel more balanced, but I'm sure some people like to do one all at once and then the other. Same goes with barbell curls when doing one arm at a time. What do you all think? - Motof
