Sore from Pre work out warm up

I've never really taken note to this before but I figured it was worthy of asking. If you get sore from your warm up routine (the first few times of doing it), should you not do the same warm up the next day and wait till you're not sore, or should you just do it anyways? I'm not really trying to build muscle mass off my warm up obviously
just a thought

peace

Hit up some stretching when you get home and then stretch before you warm up again. Start your warm up lighter and then build up to regular speed. (Assuming running or jump roping or something)

peace

Yea I just wasn't used to running cause I haven't gone in ages. Everything is a lot better, just need to work on my endurance. I used to always do jump roping for the added workout on my calves but now the jump ropes are too small
