Qualifications Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Supersets with Two Different Muscles I was wondering if it is bad to superset to different muscle groups together. I can see supersetting say two bicep exercises because you are constantly telling your body to activate and send blood and nutrients to your bicep, but if you were doing two different muscles, your body is trying to send the blood and nutrients to both spots. Say if you supersetted your chest and triceps? What do you think?

Qualifications Nutritionist Personal Trainer I've Been to the Gym | Re: Supersets with Two Different Muscles Nothing particularly wrong with it. It's actually pretty common to superset different muscle groups, such as the example you gave. Personally, I don't care for super setting. After a good set I need time to recover before moving on.
