Qualifications Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Between different workouts I've been working out along with playing football for the past 15 weeks. This week I'm off, and I want to hit it HARD next week. Now, hitting the weights hard isn't the problem. The problem is that, after next week, we will start our offseason program for football, which I don't have much control over. So, my question is, what can I do to get the most size and strength out of the week I have ahead? (in which we're off of school, so all i have to do is eat, sleep, pray, and workout) |
