Personal Trainers And Knowledge

I have been fortunate over the last 30 years to have been helped to achieve some of my goals by bodybuilding judges, personal trainers, and a member of the 1976 national champion Pitt Panthers, with strength training. What each and everyone of these people have taught me was to know my own body and how it reacts to a supplement,a training program,a steroid,or anything else in life. The other thing I was told was to learn and to write down helpful advice.Since joining CF,I have notes from Chris,BATMANNYC,Sarah PT& SN and others.I also read the posts here most everyday.I have read a lot of posts from many of the younger members and see frustration and some confusion.I think its important to point out, that what works for one person, might not have the same results for another. This advice that was given to me has helped me and has helped me to work with youth over the years. No steroids for young people being the first point driven home.Learn, jot down helpful information from the experts, fight the frustration, set goals and dont give up,know that you might have to change training, diet, and try a different program to get out of a rut.And if you choose to go with a personal trainer, you might want to read different opinions.Heres one and I am sure there are many others.Bodybuilding.com - Phano Paul Som - How To Choose A Personal Trainer! Nothing is cut and dry or etched in stone! Good Luck To Everyone With Their Goals! bronson.

That's excellent advice. However, it would be much easier to read if you put spaces between your sentences and broke your post into paragraphs, just a suggestion.

I'm probably going to try the recommendations on form from the site you linked to. Thanks for the advice.
