Re: Hill Sprints

i should state that for people overweight it is not recommended but going up an incline such as a hill or steps increases the pressure on your knees by seven times. so in the long run this is not the best exercise for big people. i should know i was big and tried this

Fuery is a little extreme.I liked the bb.com take better on hill sprints, but the point is people use this type of training to condition themselves.People used to laugh at Bruce Lee.I am going to put a link up on Benny Podda. This guy lives in a cave, but was sought after by people like Joe Montana. My point here is to show the different views on training.Hill sprints are used by people for conditioning. This is a little long ,but you might get a little chuckle out of this also.Benny's nuts! Benny Podda went from being 1983 USA light-heavyweight champ to living as a caveman. Now, as he trains his cojones like any other bodypart, he may be humankind's last hope Flex - Find Articles Different strokes for different folks!
