Qualifications Transformationed Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | First, let me say, it's really nice to see a workout forum where people aren't tossing around sarcastic answers. Anyway, my heart-rate starts in the 109-115 area and hits 200 when I train. Is this safe/normal?!?! I've been wondering this for some time. Thanks! |
