Qualifications Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Keeping Elbow in Place During Curls - Arm Blaster hey folks I just thought I'd drop a nice tip in here after seeing some other people lifting at the gym. For all of you who are doing various curls (barbell curls, dumbell curls, etc) (not hammer curls, though), if you have a hard time keeping your elbows in place (which is proper form during most if not all curls) there is a solution. There is a piece of equipment that some gyms have called the "Arm Blaster" I read about it in Arnie's lifting book. It hangs from your neck and is a metal plate that goes across your chest. The arm blaster keeps your elbows locked in place so you don't move them around a bunch. Then you just have to watch and make sure you don't swing into your lift. Does anyone else use this? I find it very helpful Motof
