Incline Press Question

Hey guys, if you dont have time to go to the gym yet have weights at home then whats the best way to substitude a regular Incline Press without a bench. Or to be frank, if you dont have a bench at home whats a good way to do some Incline Presses?

Re: Incline Press Question

Use a stretching ball you can hit your chest at different angles, and it will also increase your balance because the ball moves slightly when you are lifting.
