Qualifications Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Corrective Training Before Weight Lifting Some gyms I have been to advertise that you should go through a corrective training (core program) prior to starting with weight lifting for making serious gains. Would this actually be very beneficial - I'm new and cant tell if its them getting more sessions with me or legit? |

Qualifications Personal Trainer | Re: Corrective Training Before Weight Lifting Quote:
I continue to do corrective training for certain bodyparts that tend to be "naturally" out of balance for me. A few corrective excercises including stretching & core work is something many people forget about and is a tool that will both make you stronger & keep you from getting injured. | |
