Getting the most out of your abdominal workout

hey whats up
as a follow up tip for the abdominal development post -

An often overlooked technique that is absolutely killer is keeping your abs flexed/tight throughout the exercises (crunches etc).

When you reach the top of your crunch, flex your abs particularly tightly and hold for like 2 seconds. This will help your results and make your abs burn.

Don't feel bad if you can only do half the reps of what you could do before trying this
