Qualifications Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Flexing During Crunch or Sit Up hey guys..haven't been on in a while so I thought I'd do a little posting. for basic crunches, what is the proper way to do them? i have heard of flexing your abs at the top of the crunch for like 2 sec before going back down and a few other tips. anyone got any tips? |

Qualifications Nutritionist Personal Trainer Avid Bodybuilding Reader Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: Flexing During Crunch or Sit Up ahh there are so many different ways a crunch or sit-up can be done but you always need to keep the stomach tight what i do is breath deep and slow and that seems to do the job for me try doing ur crunchs mixed with a sit-up on a decline bench |
