Qualifications Nutritionist Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: need help with supps!!!!!!! Your best bet is to save your money on that junk and eat well balanced meals 5-6 times a day. I put on 30 lbs (not all muscle guys) in 5 months doing that, not asingle shake, protein bar, whatever. Why mess with Mother Nature's perfect balance? I can't even think of a single supplement, whey protein included, that the body can absorb more easily and more readily than raw food (such as chicken, broccoli, apples, WHATEVER). Then you'll have more money to spend on GOOD food, the ladies, and you're going to be just as big as if you had taken all those supplements. Some can even hinder performance when they're intention is to boost. Chaz |
