So I was wondering, even after working out for months and all and getting fit, if someone doesn't like the results of their hard work should they turn to suppliments to help them out??

This doesn't match the title, which is your question?

Sueing supplement companies or starting to take supplements after lack of results?

Peace

Starting to take supplements after lack of results, sorry for wording it so weird and making it confusing. But yeah would that be a smart and safe idea or what?

Ok, I changed the title accordingly.

There are a few things you can do if you are not getting the results you want. Post what you are doing and eating so people can give you there input.

There is a good chance that you are either not eating enough / eating the right stuff or not training the right way to achieve your goals.

Post what you are eating and what your routine is and we'll look at it.

Any training program should primarily focus on proper training, nutrition, and motivation. Supplements only add to the program and are only as good as how hard you train and how well you eat. If the training and nutrition are in check, then supplements will help you. If not, then it won't.
