Plus you have to do a loading stage because it does not go straight into your cells. But wit the new creatine Ethyl Ester HCL does not make you bloated , it goes straight to your cells stays with you an it's not water weight and in order to have the same amount of creatine ethyl ester HCL you would need about 40 times that wit creatine mono. So if you were going to buy a creatine supplement your best bet would be to go with Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL. |

If something isn't broken, then you don't fix it, hence Creatine Monohydrate. It was made to push ions into the muscle which gives it the cell volumizing effect or aka what some call the "bloat". The "bloat" however is actually Creatine's anabolic effect, more ions in the muscle equates to greater nitrogen retention which yields greater protein synthesis which is plainly anabolic. |

I have been taking CE 2 by Mri i haven't really felt anything besides some more energy and getting more ripped if anything. I have used creatine mono before it worked good but i lost the water weight fast. But with the New creatine i dont feel bloated anymore and i feel like its not just water weight which is a good thing. But i looked at some things researched some other products and the other products have alot more creatine in them per gram and about the same pills too which i think it crap. Because for two of my pills which is a serving only equals up too 1400mg CEE. So its all what you like and what works for you . Because the true is that there is no evidence to support that CEE is better then Creatine mono. |

Qualifications Avid Bodybuilding Reader | Re: diff. types of creatine I've been using Creatine Monohydrate since 2000 and it has worked great for me. Haven't tried the esterized variety yet, but I've found that micronized Creatine MH instead of regular helps in getting rid of bloating/cramping. |

Qualifications Avid Bodybuilding Reader Transformationed Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: diff. types of creatine I am still getting used to this site and im starting to notice the difference between the other web forums. Usually other bodybuilding forums have a few select peolpe, usuallys mods, that correct other and are highly respected (ex. personal trainers, nutritionist), but i guess this site will develop them too soon. but my piece in this is that there are so many types of creatine. CEE, Mono, Kre-Alkalyn, and so on. Now first off i would like to say that regular old creatine mono hydrate is the most proven sports supplement out there that is know to work. And any thing that has the words Ethyl Ester at the end just means that it absorbs better, but does it work better, who knows? and just to let you know, all the supplements in the world arent gonna help without proper diet. |
