Qualifications Update your profile! No qualifications entered yet. | How to Tell Marketing Supplements vs Legit Supps I have read around on this forum and many others about the huge number of supplements which seem to be marketing ploys and are generally completely overpriced with a fancy label. Could anyone help me out by teaching me how to tell the difference between the marketed supplements and the ones that are legitimate? I can tell when I go to GNC particularly that it is marketing off the hook because I have yet to go to a GNC where the cashier actually knows something about the supplements he or she is selling. thnx |

Qualifications Avid Bodybuilding Reader Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: How to Tell Marketing Supplements vs Legit Supps Your best shot is going to be looking at the ingredients and nutrition facts. Also, disregard things like "MAKE MONSTER GAINS IN NO TIME!" or things that say they Guarantee anything. If it does have info like that, it may be a legitimate product still, but you should think twice. Supplements that are fairly pricey can generally be purchased for cheaper if you get the individual ingredients.
