Qualifications Avid Bodybuilding Reader Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: Creatine Monohydrate As for loading, slated is right, it is not necessary and from what I have read in studies and other sites, around 5 grams is good daily. When creatine is loaded, a lot of it is excreeted, sometimes up to 50% I have used Kre-Alkalyn creatine, powder and pills. Preference is powder for absorbtion
