Creatine Monohydrate

Which one would you reccomend micronized creatine monohydrate or just plain creatine monohydrate I can get 1000 grams of AST Micronized Creatine Monohydrate for 23.95, 1000 grams of Prolab Creatine Monohydrate for 18.99, and 1000 grams of Ultimate Nutrition Creapure SKW Creatine Monohydrate for 18.95 which one would you all reccomend?

Prolab is also CreaPure, and it would be my choice.

There is never a need to load or cycle creatine, EVER.

Re: Creatine Monohydrate

As for loading, slated is right, it is not necessary and from what I have read in studies and other sites, around 5 grams is good daily.

When creatine is loaded, a lot of it is excreeted, sometimes up to 50%

I have used Kre-Alkalyn creatine, powder and pills. Preference is powder for absorbtion

I concur, I also agree with not needing to load with creatine
