Qualifications Update your profile! No qualifications entered yet. | EAS - Athlete's Defense Vitamins Hey, I am new to this site and was looking for some advice. I have just started going to the gym again and was looking to get toned. I have just started taking some new multivitamins from EAS called Athlete's Defense, they were created for the NFL and help to boost your immune system . I personally have never used those multivitamins, but EAS is a generally respectable company. The NFL ordeal seems a little markety but who knows. The vitamins I use are Universal Nutrition's Animal Pak.
