Qualifications Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Explosive Creatine and Water Intake Explosive Creatine. Does anybody know actually how much water you take per dose with the stuff? I've bought some and on the tub it just says 'lots of water'. Anyone? |

Qualifications Personal Trainer | Re: Question When you're on creatine, it's not important how much water you drink with the dose itself, but rather that you have consistent water intake throughout the day. I would recommend just taking a bottle with you everwhere you go & sipping it throughout the day. |

Qualifications Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: Question Chris, so, would say 250-300ml be enough to have with one 46g scoop? Cheers. |

Qualifications Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: Question Is that 46g of creatine? I take 5g of creatine daily...I would estimate my water intake to be between 4-5L a day. Once I started creatine...my mouth was constantly craving water. |

Qualifications Personal Trainer | Re: Question That basically sounds like a creatine transport system, which basically consists of one serving of creatine (about 5g), a glucose based carb transport system (30-40g glucose), and some energy stimulators. That's a great pre/post workout combo to mix with a serving or two of whey protein. Take your whey protein, one serving of your other creatine transport mix, and put them together in a shaker bottle, mix 10-20 ounces of water & go. It's a perfect pre & post-workout mix. But, remember, like I said w/ creatine it's consistent water intake throughout the day that's important. Although not as crucial with this type of use since your not loading...but still important. Best, Chris |

Qualifications Personal Trainer | Re: Explosive Creatine and Water Intake Ok, I checked out this product. It's made by LA Muscle right? I would forget about the loading, and follow the usage I mentioned earlier. Make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day. And, you're a go. Hope that helps |
