Enzymes & Digestion

Enzymes. people i can not stress these enough, look into getting high quality enzymes with alot of protease, which is the enzyme that breaks down protein. stick to the basics first. ok let me set things straight about these supplements. first off think about the word supplement, this is supposed to add to a good diet not take over. second most of the crap is cheap and unnatrual. if your body cant break down all of what its consuming then it is going to do 1 of 2 things. end up in the tiolet bowl or make some nice sluge in your GI track. this sad that there are more threads about supplements than diet. do yourself a favor and look into a book by Dr. Howell called Enzyme Nutrition
