currently taking promax extreme. seems decent stuff. doesnt taste too good though (chocolate).

I personaly love optimum nutrition 100% Whey Double Choc. GOld Standard. In two scoops you have 48g's of protein plus with milk is 56g's of protein and it actually legit. An economic, i think hands down a great protein powder

Yes ON whey is the stuff, thats my after workout shake.I go with Muscle milk a hour before.

WheyOne from Whey1 nutrition is amazing . Come in big 10lbs jugs,mix easy and taste great.
