NO-Xplode Review

OK, I've seen a few NO-Xplode topics but most of them seem to be "NO-Xplode vs. (.....)".

I started taking the stuff in April and was on it for longer than recommended. The recommended maximum cycle is 12 weeks for optimum performance before it starts to wear off, with a 4 week off-cycle. The old packaging didn't state this, and I was taking it for probably about 16 weeks. Needless to say, the last 4 or so weeks it had little effect at all, maybe the only thing it gave was a slight pump, as the mental edge wasn't there anymore.

If you haven't taken it before, DO NOT take more than two scoops on you're first time. The first time I used it I felt absolutely buzzing when I was in the gym, I had that much energy and focus I could feel my nerves jangling. The pump you get in the first few weeks is amazing. When I'd been on it for about 4 weeks lots of people started commenting a noticeable increase in my size*, notably the broadness of my chest, shoulders and arm size.

*bearing in mind this was supplementing NO-Xplode with a thrice/quad weekly gym session, plenty of water and a reasonably sensible diet.

However, it promises no wind or diarrhea. If I take the dosage I crave for the effects - 2 or 2.5 scoops - it often does make me fart and often have to make a trip to the toilet, not the shits, just for a single dump.

Also, the first time you take it you won't believe how quick you're muscles recover.

I'm back on it now after about 6 weeks off and I'm hoping for similar effects. But, overall, it DOES give the pumps, size, focus and energy that it promises. Certainly for first time users. If you use repeatedly these effects may SLIGHTLY diminish but certainly not by much. Make sure you DO NOT cycle for longer than the 12 weeks as it really isn't beneficial.
However, as with all supps, to get the best effects it must be combined with sensible: training, eating and water.

POSITIVES
Great pump
The powder should last you about a month
Gets you really dialled in to work out
Good at helping you put on size

NEGATIVES
Some wind/forced shitting
Some diminished effects over time
The fact that if you want a morning session at the gym you have to get up early for breakfast, as NO-Xplode is no good on a full-ish stomach.

HTH.

Re: NO-Xplode Review

i've taken that shit before. for the most part i was satified, but it claims to be a "do it all" supplement and i don't totally agree. it did get me wired for my workouts, so its great for a pre-workout supp. i did get rock hard pumps too. on the negagtive side of things theres not enough creatine in no-explode, which puzzles me bc its classified as a creatine, when theres very little in it. personally i would consider it a pre-workout supplement .
also if you add another 10$ to the already high price , you can get a massive 10lb bag of optimum whey protein. comparing the two side by side it seems as tho no-explode is a rip off because the quantity is pathetic, and will not last very long. in all its a good supplement but definantly too expensive

Re: NO-Xplode Review

i heard that some peoples do their own No-Creatine booster pre work-out mix buy buying bulk powder,I don't remember all the ingredients, but if you are on a budget, can be fun to prepare your own mix.

Or I found that with some others products, you get more for your money with the same results.

In fact,SuperPump250 from Gaspari Nutrition, you have a better price/quantity ratio , or with Detonate from Netrients .

I did'nt try NoShotgun yet,so if somebody tried it,post your review.

I don't say that No-Xplode is bad,I just say there is similar product with the same effects but with a lower price.

Just my cents...
