Qualifications Avid Bodybuilding Reader Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | No - xplode vs. Kre-Alkalyn Hey i've been No - Explode for a while now and i really like what i've been seeing. Recently a buddy who had been on no - xplode as well said he was swictching to kre alkalyn becuase you get more size and none of the bloating that comes with creatine. i was just wondering if anyone has used either one of the products can give me some insight on which one they would recommend and why thanks |

well this is an interesting opinion of his because kre alkalyn and no xplode have different ingredients. no xplode does have creatine but is usually bought for its nitric oxide - l-arginine. I forget what type(s) of creatine are in no xplode, i will check that out and get back to you. Kre Alkalyn is great too tho but is strictly a creatine, no nitric oxide

Qualifications Avid Bodybuilding Reader Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: No - xplode vs. Kre-Alkalyn thanks for the info, what are the benefits of having creatine / nitric oxide combination? also do you think i would see more results if i took kre alkalyn and a nitric oxide pill (BSN's Nitrix) insted of the no xplode mix? |

No Explode and every other creatine hybrid is just simple, unstable in liquid creatine monohydrate packed with suger, caffeine or anything else they can include to try to make it effective. Hell, look at MMUSA, their "stable" liquid creatine serum has been found to contain DHEA!! What a risk. Its a banned substance in the UK and why do you think they forgot to list it in the ingredients? Anyone who has tried Kre- Alkalyn creatine or any other supplement for that matter and say's "it did nothing for me" really needs to take a look at themselves. If your not training properly, no supplement is going to cure that. Remember, creatine helps you lift heavier weights. Heavier weights make bigger muscles but bigger muscles need more calories! So your Mom was right all along "you need to eat all your dinner if you want to grow up big and strong"!! Sam. | |

Qualifications Nutritionist Personal Trainer Avid Bodybuilding Reader Transformationed I've Been to the Gym | Re: No - xplode vs. Kre-Alkalyn Now keep in mind, that while there is Creatine in No-Xplode... Not all creatine gives you a puffy look like your friend has told you. Monohydrate creatine gives that puffy look because it needs a molecule of water surrounding it in order to penetrate muscle tissue. Now Esterized creatine (The kind in No-Xplode) doesnt need that puffy water molecule around it in order to penetrate muscle fibers... And as far as the benefits of combining No&Ce, well lets think about it... Nitric oxide is designed to increase and promote vascularity, now think of your veins as the delivery system for your body. The more vascularity you have the more efficiently your muscles will receive the creatine and other supplements you serve them. And as far as creatine im pretty sure that you know what it does for the body, it dampens fatigue and promotes larger strength gains. I myself have Taken both No-Xplode as well as Kre-Alkalyn, Although as far as a good No shake goes that produces fantastic results for both myself and my clients i would highly recommend Nitrobolic it has nearly three times the amount of active nitric oxide in it. and it is much more stable in my opinion. theres no off-days when you take it, you feel pumped up and ready to go every time like its the first time. |
