Check Your Protein Shake Before Supping with BCAA

hey
So I made a nice n00b mistake today.. I decided I would try out some leucine post workout (this isn't the mistake). After doing some thinking & researching of which supp to get - just leucine or a BCAA mix, whether it was worth it or not etc etc I decided to go and get some

I bought BioCore Maximum BCAA 5025
-L-Valine: 1256mg
-L-Leucine: 2513mg
-L-Isoleucine 1256mg

Tried it out and it didn't taste so well - it makes little white balls in your shake & is hard to mix. That is besides the point..

The mistake I made was completely forgetting to check what was in my protein shakes that I already had... turns out that ON 100% Whey has 2.5grams Leucine

and CytoGainer has 11.5grams Leucine.

Haha - its ok motof, atleast you caught your mistake and didn't continue doing it.

Changed the thread title to Supping with BCAA instead of Supping with Leucine - since the shakes have more aminos than just leucine
