multi-vit.

What is the best and most cost effective multi-vit. out there? I've been to bodybuilding.com and dps.com to search for a good multi-vit. that dosn't cost a shit load of $. Somebody help me make up my mind as to what to buy.

p.s. I've been using the "vitamin shop's" multi-vit. but wanted to try something new.

Just get any good multi. I use Centrum. I used to think that there were better multi's out there that would make a big diff in my training.. i couldnt have been more wrong. You wont notice any differece in any of them really, unless your body is not producing enough of something and a certain multi provides a little more of this. Ast makes a good multi also, called Multi Pro 32X. I think prolab makes something decent as well.
