Lose Weight
Goal Description:
I would like to firstly increase my current fitness level, via more cardio which I have neglected for a long time.
I have also lost some strength so would also like to increase that too...
The only thing I don't want to increase is my BF% as that's high enough, I want to lose that :D
As for long term goals, I once had the vision for Worlds Strongest Man, but I'm the kinda guy that likes to see where my body takes me naturally first then make a decision then on what to do, so we'll see..
