Goal Description:  i am 46 and love to lift in winter only to watch muscle leave me by fall and then start over however this year its going faster than usual so i have decided to start lifting now and turn more to b.b. rather than other sportsi was happy going up to 170-75 every yr bbut now i wanna do more and keep it up year round so i have started so by winter i will be at 175 and in a yr 185!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no prob right?
