Goal Description:	I use to lift in high school for sports, but quit. I had a kid and got a job and didn't lift for years. Iwent from 200lbs(High School) to 295(lazy fat ass). in oct.2005 decided to start lifting again and haven't stopped since. Currently at 222lbs and on my way to 195. I love the new me and am definately enjoying life again.
