Meal Tracking Website

Hey all!
It's been a while! I've been trying to get back in shape and of course that means redoing my diet entirely. I'm very curious to see what my current diet looks like from a nutritional standpoint so I'd like to record my diet each day for like a week and see how many nutritional deficiencies I've been withstanding over the last few months. I was looking at Fit Day's diet tracker but it doesn't allow for you to input sugar. I think Calorie King costs money and the other programs I've seen also cost money.

Does anyone know of a good diet tracking software or website that is free?

Re: Meal Tracking Website

I've heard Fit Day is good, but I just always write stuff down and look at it next day. But I only worry about macros (protein, carbs, and fat) mostly, and I take a multi-vitamin so I don't care too much about vitamins and minerals from foods.
