What is your "old weight & size"?

What sort of body type are you? (Ecto/Meso/Endo)

Fill us in on some more info so we can help you better

Also, how is your eating now? What does your daily diet look like?
Instead of plunging head first into some drastic diet changes, you may want to just start out slower. Start integrating better eating habits in to your lifestyle one by one. Some ideas to start are reducing saturated fat intake, increasing intake of lean proteins and fiberous veggies, increaisng water intake. Have a way to document your progress.

I'm not on a meal/diet intake plan at all! The only time I ever had one was in college from our strength & conditioning coach. I NEED ALL OF IT!

Well, quantity will certainly vary, but good old trial & error is the best way to find that out. Once you have the basics of a meal plan you can simply add or subtract the quantity of each meal. But, the most important question here is what is your goal? Is it simply weight loss, or are you also interested in strength or muscle gain. And do you care whrere the weight comes from, meaning as long as the scales tells you what you want is that enough, or is it that you want to look a certain way & don't really care what the scale says?
