Great forum you have here!!!

I work for Bullworker so (obviously) have been doing isometric exercises for some time now. It keeps me fit and trim but I would like to bulk up a little for summer time

Just doing some random surfing around looking for body building advice and found this forum.

Great site with some great tips & tricks...

I'm looking forward to getting involved....
