what goin on?

i just joined on here yesterday. i figured i would check it out. im pretty serious about my physique, but my diet needs some tweaking. genetically im lean as hell, so i consider myself somewhat of a hard gainer. i eat alot of food, but i've hit a plateau in my training. its called lack of calories. so if ya got any advice let me know

Whats up beef

Your pics look good man. What is your current calorie intake? Have you tried mixing up your exercises to break your plateau by breaking through muscular adaptation?

Post your question & some of that other info in the nutrition or training forum (whichever you feel fit) and we can discuss more.
