Yeah, thanks for the tips!

I am 100% recovered, that was about 1.5 years ago, so I'm not really concerned too much... after all I don't think I'd run more than 2 miles regardless !

And im starting to understand how Jared from Subway was able to lose so much weight... I have been eating fast food 5x a week due to my work schedule- TOTAL CRAP. worst eating summer ive ever had.

Also, can anyone confirm/deny the myths about alcohol+fitness? I've heard that light liqour isn't as bad as beer, but I've also heard that some dark beer can actually help with muscle gain. Any thoughts?

You better stick with the pop.LOL. Alcohol robs vitamins. Moderation is the word. Only drink more on birthdays,New Years,fridays,saturdays,oops. How old are you? Ok, so we have pop,fast food,and alcohol.Where do you think you should start?You can answer this question!LOL.

geez, its like the killer trifecta. no more fast food as soon as i get back to school, only diet CLEAR pop and light? beers, i suppose. keeping in shape was so much easier when i didnt know the wonders of these irrestiable goodies.


ps. 20, but live extremely close to the canadian border, haha.
