Introduction

Hello all,

My name is Pat Taylor. I am 32 years old and just became a member of a health club in my area. I've never really worked out in a gym so this is all very new to me.

The gym I joined has a program called ActivTrax. After meeting with a Personal Trainer for an assessment I was put on a free 30-day trial of ActivTrax.

Apparently the trainers use it to make additional money off of the members that do not purchase one-on-one time from them. I'm hoping someone on the board has heard of ActivTrax as I have just completed my second workout, and I am curious to know if I will see results.

If you haven't heard of it, take a look it's pretty cool:

Thanks,
Pat

Whats up Pattaylor

Welcome to the chronic!

not sure what I think about activ trax - people are all different and benefit from different workouts. you can get some good help on these boards. Does activ trax give you an option to define your goal?
