Losing Weight - Do's and Don'ts

As I read around I always think of other ways people can lose weight so I thought an organized list of do's and don'ts would be helpful for someone trying to cut their weight down.

Of course there is a bajillion things and you could write a whole book or 10 on the matter, but a nice easy list sounds pretty good, maybe with links to explanations or just an explanation under it like this (use the "Ordered List" button and the "Indent" button:
  1. Drink Plenty of Water

  2. Don't drink sodas
  3. Eat 4+ Healthy Meals per day
