Not Losing Weight According to the Scale?

hey cf

I have been working really hard to lose some weight through my diet and through exercise. however, every day when i weigh myself, nothing seems to be changing. i think i am making some progress but not according it it.

???

Remember that as you lose weight from cardio or weight lifting, you will be gaining muscle mass too. Muscle is also heavier than fat so this causes issues when it comes to the scale.

Try judging your progress by the way things fit on you, how you feel, and if people compliment your progress
