Qualifications Update your profile! No qualifications entered yet. | Hi i'm new to this site just need some advice. We'll this is how i see it i'm almost 18 and i need to lose weight fast. So this is how i started off about a week ago, Everyday i workout in the evening about ten mintues a day but, i do 40 sit ups, 40 jumpin jacks, 10 push ups, 3 mins running in place. Now i drink nothing but water, eat all healthy foods such as apple sauce, strawberries, grapes, lean meals, twice a week i eat subway, and mixed fruits. im 17 turning 18 soon i need to lose this weight before i dont have time, and i weigh 260 lbs 5"11. is this helping me at all can someone tell me what to do to lose it. What Tacos are you eating each day? They could pose problems (not hugggee ones, but you know how fast food goes). How much time do you think you can commit each day to training? Do you belong to a gym or recreation club? The change in diet is goin in the right direction it looks like. Check out some of the other weight loss threads too and then we'll see what we can do. peace John
