Qualifications Avid Bodybuilding Reader Looking to Learn More I've Been to the Gym | Re: need some weight loss tips/pointers well for one thing these kinda things don't happen overnight. its definantly possible though, the question is do you have enough disipline to do it? why 2 months? there must be some big event and you want to lean up right?well heres some advice 4 ya. first you must go crazy with the cardio, second you need to weight train also, and last but most important, you need to find your BMR.thats BASIC METABOLIC RATE, (how many calories your burn per day) bodybuilding.com has a bmr calculator to help you determine this. after you get your BMR you need to start tweaking your diet so you eat less calories than you burn therefore you lose weight. use intervals of 250 calories, and if your not losing enough weight then up it to 500. for instance: say your bmr is 2000 calories a day, then you should try eating 1750. then if no weight is lost try 1500. get it? also protein intake is vital. A high protein diet WILL support weight loss. and cut your carbs too. carbs are more abundant than you think so read into something before you swallow it. i hope this will help you out some, im not a personal trainer or anything but i eat sleep and shit this stuff so its valid info from good sources. later |
