Side Effects of Hydroxycut & Thermos

i'm just trying to learn more about losing weight because sometimes people ask me about things like hydroxycut and I really don't know anything about it or how they work.

Are hydroxycut and other thermo products bad for you in any way? Side effects?

List of Hydroxycut side effects that I have heard of:

Increased heart rate (and blood pressure)
Nose bleeds
Blurry vision
Acne

However, take into mind that
1. It depends which hydroxycut you take: ephedra free, caffeine free, and there is a "Hardcore" one
2. Side effects are often hyped up more so than they really are (I'm not recommending anything) such as if you read the back label of most prescriptions, there are some VERY frightening side effects hah
